Naomi Watts looked polished and sophisticated on the Today show, where she stopped by to discuss National Hot Flash Day and her menopause wellness brand, Stripes Beauty.

She’s also brought the subject into her fashion appearances, including a menopause-awareness event where she paired Sole Bliss heeled loafers with a textured neutral look.

The British actress kept things refined in a head-to-toe gray Petar Petrov ensemble, adding Giuseppe Zanotti snakeskin pumps for a little contrast.

Wild at Heart: Naomi Watts Steps Out in Giuseppe Zanotti Raquel Snakeskin Pumps

Watts wore Giuseppe Zanotti’s “Raquel” pumps, made in Italy from leather covered in a bold snakeskin print. Zanotti is a familiar name in her shoe rotation; she has previously worn the designer’s silver-and-black ankle-wrap sandals with a custom Derek Lam look. Here, the eye-catching snakeskin brought a wilder touch to the otherwise simple outfit, and I especially liked how it broke up all the gray.

The pumps had a sleek silhouette with squared vamps, sharp pointed toes, and a slim buckled strap across the instep, giving the classic style a more modern look. A closed-back design kept the pumps polished and sophisticated, while the slim 4-inch stiletto heels added height and helped create a longer line beneath her trousers.

The d’Orsay design featured side cutouts that showed more of her foot and gave the pumps a slightly lighter appearance, although much of that detail was hidden beneath the hems of her straight-leg trousers. It’s a silhouette Watts has returned to before, with pointed d’Orsay pumps among the standout shoes from her “Dare I Say It” book tour.

Tonal Tailoring: Naomi Watts Goes Head-to-Toe Gray in Petar Petrov

Watts paired the snakeskin pumps with a gray Petar Petrov ensemble that gave classic tailoring a softer, more contemporary feel.

She wore the “Side Formation” top, crafted from taupe-gray mottled mid-weight wool flannel. While the color and fabric kept the top simple, the asymmetrical neckline featured an artful twist at the shoulder, creating soft, sculptural draping across the silhouette.

The sleeveless design made the top lighter and more season-appropriate, while its unlined construction kept it from looking too heavy. A rounded hem added a fluid finish, while concealed back and side zips kept the lines clean.

Below, she wore matching gray straight-leg trousers that fell neatly over her pointed pumps. I loved how the matching gray tones created a sleek, continuous line that visually elongated Watts’ 5-foot-4½-inch (163.8 cm) frame, with the 4-inch stilettos adding further height beneath the trousers.

Quiet Luxury: Naomi Watts Adds a Tod’s T Signature Bag and Minimal Jewelry

Watts kept the neutral palette going with a taupe Tod’s T Signature bag, while sleek black sunglasses added a cool contrast. She finished the look with delicate diamond drop earrings, a bracelet, and rings for a touch of sparkle.

Her blonde hair was swept to one side in a relaxed style, and soft pink makeup and a rosy lip kept her beauty look fresh and understated.

The Many Faces of Giuseppe Zanotti’s Raquel: From Caged Sandals to Pointed Pumps

Watts’ snakeskin pumps are one expression of the Raquel’s statement-making character. Giuseppe Zanotti has reworked the name across dramatically different silhouettes, from geometric laser-cut sandals worn with evening gowns to razor-sharp pointed pumps.

Chrissy Teigen, Gillian Jacobs, and Lady Gaga have all stepped out in Raquel designs, showing how the line’s architectural approach can shift from intricate and strappy to sleek and streamlined.
