Eva Jacqueline Bastón (née Longoria) embraced monochromatic summer dressing at the Dora and the Lost City of Gold premiere at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live in Los Angeles on July 28, 2019.

Her bright yellow Vitor Zerbinato cocktail dress was paired with white Oscar Tiye Dea mules, creating a clean two-color look that still feels modern years later.

Styled by Charlene Roxborough Konsker, Longoria wore a structured strapless dress by Brazilian designer Vitor Zerbinato featuring a folded bodice and tailored knee-length silhouette.

Ken Paves swept her hair back into a sleek style, while makeup artist Elan Bongiorno kept the focus on warm, glowing skin. Delicate rings and a crisp white pedicure echoed the minimalist feel of her shoes without competing with the dress.

Her white Oscar Tiye Dea mules balanced the saturated yellow dress with barely-there straps, an open-back silhouette, slim stiletto heels, and a pointed footbed that visually elongated her legs.

The simple design let the vibrant dress remain the focal point while adding a polished finish.

What Happened to Oscar Tiye’s Dea Mules?

Eva Longoria’s white Dea mules were part of Oscar Tiye’s late-2010s collection, retailing for €545 (about $600 at the time). Designed with barely-there straps, a pointed footbed, an open-back silhouette, and slim stiletto heels, they reflected the minimalist sandal trend that dominated red carpets during the period.

The style has since been discontinued. Oscar Tiye, the Milan label co-founded in 2013 by Amina Muaddi, became largely inactive after Muaddi departed to launch her own namesake brand in 2018. As a result, the Dea mules are no longer produced or stocked by retailers.

Collectors looking for the same sandals today will usually have the best luck on luxury resale marketplaces such as The RealReal, Vestiaire Collective, Poshmark, or eBay, where archived Oscar Tiye styles occasionally reappear in varying sizes and condition.

From Oscar Tiye’s Archival Heels to Eva Longoria’s Signature Sandal Style

Longoria’s white Dea mules belong to a distinctive chapter in modern celebrity footwear. Oscar Tiye became known for imaginative details and sharply sculpted silhouettes, while Longoria has continued to favor heels that complement her petite frame without overwhelming her clothes.
