At the Parsons Benefit at Pier 17 in New York City on June 15, 2021, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott brought three-year-old Stormi Webster along for a family red-carpet appearance — and their footwear covered three very different sides of the dress code.
Stormi wore toddler-sized Travis Scott x Fragment Design x Air Jordan 1 Retro High sneakers, an unreleased collaboration at the time, with her simple dark sleeveless dress. Kylie paired a vintage 1987 Jean Paul Gaultier olive-green dress with pointed Gianvito Rossi “Bree” PVC pumps, while Travis finished his dark Bottega Veneta suit with understated black leather dress shoes.

Travis Scott was one of the evening’s honorees, alongside Jeff Gennette, Angela Ahrendts, Gabriela Hearst, and Kerby Jean-Raymond. For Kylie, the occasion also became an archival-fashion moment, with the cosmetics entrepreneur choosing a vintage Jean Paul Gaultier design from 1987.

The fitted olive-green dress featured sheer sleeves, a front zipper, and Jean Paul Gaultier’s recognizable cone-bra construction. Reportedly sourced through 1stdibs for about $22,000, the archival piece carried most of the visual detail, leaving Kylie’s transparent pumps to provide a cleaner finish underneath.
The Gaultier connection would continue beyond this appearance. Kylie later attended the designer’s Spring/Summer 2023 Haute Couture show in Paris wearing another sculptural Jean Paul Gaultier look with sharp black pointed-toe stiletto pumps.
Kylie Jenner Wears Gianvito Rossi Bree PVC Pumps
At 5’6″ (167.6 cm), with a US shoe size 8, Kylie has built a substantial footwear history around pointed pumps, stilettos, transparent heels, and other silhouettes that visually extend the line of the leg.
For the Parsons Benefit, she chose Gianvito Rossi “Bree” pumps. The pointed-toe style combines transparent Plexi panels with metallic leather, allowing much of the foot to remain visible while retaining the structure and height of a conventional stiletto pump.
This wasn’t an isolated Gianvito Rossi moment for Kylie. Just a few months later, in September 2021, she wore Gianvito Rossi Bree d’Orsay PVC pumps again in New York City, pairing a white version with a white mini dress and matching vinyl trench coat.
Her history with the Italian designer stretches back further. At the launch of her Signature SinfulColors nail collection in Los Angeles in February 2016, Kylie wore Gianvito Rossi “Anise” pumps with transparent Plexi side panels and pointed toes. Together, the appearances show that clear-panel pumps have been a recurring part of her footwear rotation, not a one-event trend.
Stormi Webster Gets an Early Pair of Travis Scott x Fragment Air Jordans
Stormi’s sneakers were arguably the most unusual footwear on the carpet. She wore a toddler-sized pair of the Travis Scott x Fragment Design x Air Jordan 1 Retro High in royal blue, white, and black.
The three-way collaboration joined Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack label with Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment Design and Nike’s Air Jordan line. The sneaker had not yet been publicly released when Stormi wore it to the Parsons Benefit in June 2021, giving the three-year-old an early pair of what became one of the year’s most closely watched sneaker collaborations.
Its collector appeal endured well beyond the original release: as of September 2026, StockX listed the adult Travis Scott x Fragment Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG SP with a lowest asking price of $1,167.
Rather than competing with the shoes, Stormi’s knee-length dark sleeveless dress kept the rest of her outfit minimal. The contrast made the recognizable blue-and-white Nike Air Jordan sneakers the focus of her look.

Travis Scott Completes His Bottega Veneta Suit With Black Dress Shoes
At 5’10” (178 cm), Travis Scott took the most traditional footwear route of the family, wearing classic black leather dress shoes with a slightly rounded toe and low stacked heel.
They complemented his tailored dark charcoal Bottega Veneta suit from the fashion house’s Pre-Fall 2021 collection, which he styled with layered silver chain necklaces.
During his acceptance speech, Scott acknowledged his family, telling the audience, “Stormi, I love you and wifey, I love you.”

Ahead of receiving the honor, Scott described fashion, technology, and the arts as interconnected parts of his work and said he was grateful to be recognized by The New School.

The family’s footwear ultimately told three separate stories within one coordinated appearance: Stormi previewed a coveted Travis Scott sneaker collaboration before its public release, Kylie returned to the transparent pointed-pump silhouette she has worn repeatedly in Gianvito Rossi designs, and Travis kept his Bottega Veneta tailoring grounded with classic black leather shoes.
